This case study delves into the transformation of a returning seasonal client's garage in Sarasota, FL. This client had a need for storage of infrequently used items and a desire to keep certain items behind closed doors. Additionally, there was a requirement for accessible bike storage and hook storage of condensable items. Following a free consultation with our owner, Walt, our design team sprang into action, capitalizing on the garage's open layout and extended vertical space.
To address the client's diverse needs, we devised a comprehensive plan. Utilizing white pantry cabinets and roll-on pivoting bike racks, we maximized wall space for bike storage and other frequently accessed items. The vertical dimension was optimized with our Monkey Bars shelf rack system, featuring bars and hooks, and our inverted shelving system above the pantries for less used items. Complementing the storage solutions, we crafted a custom workstation adjacent to the interior swing door steps, complete with slatwall and a butcher block countertop for prep space.
Prior to installing the storage components, the client opted for a polyaspartic floor with quarter- inch decorative vinyl chips in the tidal wave color. This case study underscores our dedication to meeting our clients' needs while upholding the reliability of our heavy-duty garage storage solutions.
